rooftricks.html Roof Drain

a portable, clog-proof, wind-resistant solution to keeping water off your flat roof

Water removed to under 1/8"

The difference between 1/8" and even 1/2" of an inch is tremendous. On a flat roof, that can be thousands of gallons, and literally TONS of standing water bearing down on your roof.

Clog Resistant

This is truly a "set it and forget it" type tool. The patented turtledrain's underneath plumbing mechanism assures clog-free draining. Truly, a one-of-a-kind roof drain.

Portable, Durable

This unit has been tested to not even flinch at winds of over 70mph. Weighing 28 lbs., it features a low, dense central mass coupled with aerodynamic design.

Automatic, Leave it Year Round

Back to "set it and forget it," the rooftricks.html relies on solar energy for just the priming process... after that, it runs entirely through a siphon. It is set to prime for 25 seconds every 6 hours. In other words, it checks for water every 6 hours and if there is any, gravity will handle the rest. Each rooftricks.html comes with a built-in thermometer which shuts off under 32 degrees. This keeps the unit safe, as well as the perfect solution for water removal in between freeze-thaw cycles.
